A total of US$ 24.3 billion was derived by Africa from tourism in 2007, says President Umaru Musa Yar 'Adua. He made this known in his presentation at the opening of the 47th meeting of the United Nations World Tourism Organisation (UNWTO) commission for Africa (CAF) in Abuja yesterday.
